MMMmm!!! Thanksgiving time is nearly upon us…
Depending on when you read this post, it may even be upon us…
Hopefully, it will not be over, however, because I do not want any interested young poets to miss out on submitting their Thanksgiving time poems to this kids’ poetry-writing contest.
November’s poetry contest for kids is now underway even though it is still October…
MyStoriesAndPoems.com deems to give all participants ample time to write and submit their thankfulness poems.
That’s not all though because December’s contest will be coming along soon as well. Child poetry writers should prepare to begin Christmas time holiday poems even before the Thanksgiving time contest ends ;]
Yes! Writers… Keep those pens and pencils and computers in the ready!!
Getting back to the November theme…
The November contest theme is “Being thankful means…” This means that only poems written about being thankful can qualify for this contest…
Kids can write about any aspect of Thanksgiving and thankfulness they want; and children who do not celebrate can still write about whatever they think of that is related to the occassion.
Contest entries may be posted in this blog or entered from the Contest Page at MyStoriesAndPoems.com.
Children under 13 must get an adult to help them post their poems.
Important – This contest is for children only! Failure to abide by rules could mean disqualification!
Post questions in this blog or email SillyMommy@MyStoriesAndPoems.com. Please add Contest Question in email subject lines.
